The mission of the Building Owners and Managers Association International is to enhance the human, intellectual and physical assets of the commercial real estate industry through advocacy, education, research, standards, and information.

BOMA of Northwest Arkansas is dedicated to this mission and seeks to fulfill it through every endeavor. In that vein, we work to set a standard of excellence through networking, education, advocacy, and community involvement. We are an independent, tax-exempt (501(c) 6) organization comprised of building owners, managers, developers, leasing professionals, medical office building managers, corporate facility managers, asset managers, and the providers of the products and services needed to operate commercial properties. BOMA International was founded in 1907 as the National Association of Building Owners and Managers. Taking its current name in 1968, it has grown to over 16,500 members that own or manage more than 9 billion square feet of commercial property in North America. Now the oldest and largest commercial real estate organization in the United States, BOMA International represents more than 80% of the prime office space in North America. There are 92 local associations throughout the U.S. and 13 affiliates worldwide.

Embracing the global vision of BOMA International, BOMA of Northwest Arkansas is an inclusive network of commercial property professionals from Bella Vista, Bentonville, Fayetteville, Lowell, RogersSpringdale and the surrounding areas. It is our sincere hope to educate our members and the general public on current events, legislation, and advances that effect the commercial real estate industry. We also work hard to provide a networking environment that improves the growth of our businesses and communities.
